Tunze Nano Reefpack 200 filter wading

hello this is my first post so here it goes, i just purchased the nano reefpack for a 20 gallon reef i just started, the instructions dont say how much of the filter wading to use in the filter part of the pack, i am using 20# of sand that got very cloudy when i put it in so far it been 3 days and still cloudy, do i need to put the whole pack of the filter wading or part of it or do i need carbon, the instructions are very vague, thanks for your time.

Very little is needed, that package should be at least a 3 months supply, I would take about 1/10th of the package and fluff it up, it must be placed in loosely and place it in the box, it is just like the old fashioned airlift box filters people used to use.
