tunze nano stream warranty issue

i have had my nanostream for two months now and i came home yesterday evening to my stream flopping against the glass. to my surprise one arm of the magnet holder had broken off while i was @ work and had blown sand everywhere. So my question is ... who do i contact to get a new magnet holder asap, I bought the stream from you and need a replacement. it is a 6045 and i still have the box and the receipt. i was very careful in installation and read the directions thoroughly before installing bc i had heard of similar problems from others. it did not break in installation it broke two months later very randomly. thank you.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with the bracket. Unfortunately they did have some issues with manufacturing on the barcket holder. If you contact Tunze directly they will send a replacement right out the door for you. You can send Roger Vitko an email at tunze@sbcglobal.net with your purchase date and shipping information, and he'll have it right out for you.
