Tunze Nano Wavebox 6206 in a 38 gallon, 36" long tank

Hi!
I am considering purchase of Tunze Nano Wavebox 6206 for my new 38 gallon Aqueon reef tank.

Its dimensions are 36"x13x20H.

I wonder if the 6206 box will not be little too big&strong, causing water splashing on the sides in such a small tank.

Do you know of any customer installing 6206 in a 38 gallon tank? What is the the water hight difference on the wave crest in their tank?

Wave height can be adjusted by lowering the voltage on the power supply. It would work on that size tank, you will want to have room for at least a 3/4" wave to get good wave flow from it. Keep in mind that you will also want to have directional flow from a powerhead, wave type flow has no real direction.
