Hello everyone I just received my Tunze Osmolater 3155 (Water Level Controller 5017). I setup just like the youtube video BRS posted and went to put it in my sump. I currently have the floats up higher than the water level in the sump. When I plug in the controller it just beeeeeeeeeeeeps saying the water level is too high. When I manually lift up the float sensor the pump kicks on and water goes in like it should but when I stop lifting up the float and it goes back to its normal position the controller goes back to the long beeping noise even when the sensor is higher than the water level. Like I said above I just bought this and opened up the package today. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, the cord should exit the bottom of the float on the 3155, it is also possible the bobber itself is reversed on the post, if you take the c clip off the shaft of the float switch, remove the bobber and flip it around, the switching action is reversed.

Yep that is what it was thank you very much for the help! I switched the bobber and everything is working perfectly fine :D!
