Tunze Osmolator working WRONG!

Yesterday my 3155 Osmolator start working wrong. The Too High red Light got stucked and the Sound Alarm also turned on. They dont stop until you unpluged it. It has less than a Year, and I dont now what is wrong. I gave it a compleate cleaning mantainance and it is still working incorrectly.

Does anyone knows what is going wrong?

I already try it working with no water, full water, all....

Usually this would mean the controller got wet or the controller or float switch is near a magnet. It could also be if you disassembled the float switch that the float was put on upside down.

The controller if far from a magnet. The float is positioned in the correct way. Maybe it got wet, not sure, but difficult. In case it got wet, how can I fix it?

If it got wet, it has to be replaced, it cannot be repaired. Where do you live?

I live in Chile, but I can send it to any address in the US. What do you suggest?

I would first open it and check for water damage to the board, if this is the cause it will be cheaper to just let me know and we can send a new 5017 at a discount because the shipping from Chile is expensive.

I would like to know too. I contacted Xenia in Canada and was told i was on my own with my problem since i don't have proof of purchase. I was about to buy 2 Tunze Powerheads but frankly now i'm not sure. Geee....
