Honestly I think two without the extra tubes would be sufficient. They handle about 300 gph each. The 1073.03 return pump should work very well for this application. The 1074 is no more, it was replaced by 1074/2.
That is the one real advantage, they are the quietest overflow I have ever seen and probably the most reliable in terms of not stopping. They do handle a much lower volume though and the 2nd tube will increase the noise slightly so I would avoid it if possible.
