I am wondering if I should change the direction my Tunze 6105s are pointing. Right now I have them on the back wall under the internal coast to coast overflow pointing straight and a bit upward.
My rock structures are three pillar/pyramids where two are in the back corners and one is in the front middle.
There is plenty of space on all sides of the rock pillars, if I were to put the Tunzes on the sides of the tank facing towards each other, should I put them so they blow water in front of the side rock structures, on the side rock structures or behind them?
I could have the two tunzes in front of the structures and then buy a mp40 or something to provide flow behind them to keep algae/detritus from building up?
