Tunze Powerhead for wavemaker?

I'm thinking about purchasing the Reefkeeper 2 device that can function as a wavemaker. I already have a Tunze nanostream 6045 powerhead. Can this be used with the wavemaking capability of the reefkeeper? It says the Tunze 6045 is not controllable, but I don't understand what that means. Does that mean it can't be used as a wavemaker at all or that it just can't be controlled by the Tunze controllers?

The 6045 cannot be controlled by the Tunze controller. You can use your RK2 for an on/off style wavemaker, but you should have no less than a 15 minute interval preferably 30 minutes. These pumps aren't really meant for rapid on/off operation.
