I am setting up a 120g tank (48"L x 32"D x 20"H) that will evolve into a full mixed tank (lps and sps over time). I was wondering what Tunze pumps I should spec (My return pump, Eheim 1260, should provide 400g/hr flow)?
I was thinking about starting with two 6055 pumps and adding a third over time as the corals grow and I add more sps. I like the flexibility and design of the 6055's, but am concerned that they are not sufficient for a 120g tank.
I have a ProfiLux control which can control up to four 6055's if needed.
Thanks for your insight.
