Hi,

I'm thinking of getting the 1073.040 pump for my return. Can you let me know how much GPH head loss with 5ft distance from sump to DT?

At 5ft the pump will do about 450gph.

I have to correct that, it is about 450 at 4ft and about 400 at 5ft.

Not to hijack the thread, but can you also give an estimate on how much flow reduction to expect per "click" - on a percentage basis I guess? I want to turn mine down to ~300 gph. I have about 40" of head.

That I wouldn't know. I do know you can get a fairly inexpensive flow meter from TOM, it might not be the most accurate but it would probably be good enough.
