I have a wavebox that stopped working after a routine vinegar bath. I sent to Roger for failure analysis/repair. Within a few days, he called to inform me that he had replaced the power supply and is now working properly and will be sending it back to me. When i inquired on the cost that i owed for the repair, he said it was free of charge. He didnt even charge me for the return shipping cost!
WOW, now thats customer service! Not too many companies on todays economy that are willing to bend over backward for their customer. Roger have always given me great customer service and support. This is why i continue and will always continue to use his product a long as i have a reef tank.
