So, I had a slight flood and damaged one of the Din-5 connectors on one of my 6055's. Pump no longer would function.
Sent it in to Roger, expecting a new connector spliced on the damaged end of the cable. I also expected a nice little repair bill.
Roger replaced the whole motorblock, and had the pump back to me in 5 days!
I expected the bill to be somewhere between $25-$75 but everything was taken care of. FREE OF CHARGE!
Roger,
You set the bar pretty high! Thank you!
