3/4" flex hose

The nipple that is included is one with a double neck, it can handle 3/4" or 5/8".

my return bulkhead is 1/2 and it's already installed, the return pump i have right now is an eheim 1250 with an output of 1/2 and i', using a 1/2 tubing, i'm changing all my equipments to tunze.

please help me on what to buy so i can use this pump with the existing 1/2 bulkhead and tubing?

It will reduce the flow a little but you could just buy a hardware store reducing barb from 3/4" - 1/2" you will need a small piece of 3/4" tubing to make this work.

btw, can i use the 1/2 tubing and boil the tubing so it will expand and fit the 5/8 nipple?

I would consider it risky, you are stressing the tubing and some day it may burst or pop off.
