Hi Roger,

How do I clock this pump to get the flow to over 900g/h?

It is not possible, the max is 794gph at 0ft of head.

What's the difference if I used the 24v compared to the 18v?

Flow rate at 18 V: 900 to 2,200 l/h (238.7 to 581 USgal./h)
Flow rate at 24 V: 1,100 to 3,000 l/h (290.5 to 794 USgal./h)
Hmax. at 18 V: 2.5 m (98.4 in.)
Hmax. at 24 V: 3.9 m (153.5 in.)

Thanks, Roger. If running at 24V, is the pump going to run hotter and more electricity?

Yes, at 18V it uses 26W and at 24V it uses 43W. The heat difference won't be a great deal but it does use a fair amount more power and there is likely a quarter to half degree difference in tank temp between the two voltages depending on tank size.
