Tunze Sliding piece with hinge...

Roger I had a 600gal built by Will as AO that has some built-in boxes that are meant to "hide" the Tunzes... Well I am running into a small problem as I have two diff sliding pieces with hinges... I have black ones and brown ones...

Here are some pics so you can see what I am doing... As you can see the Tunze on the bottom facing to the front fits perfect (brown sliding piece) as the next Tunze up facing the side sticks out a little past the tinted glass (black piece)...

Here are some close up pics of the pieces in which I am refering to... Would I be able to get like 8 of the ones on the right (brown ones)...

The brown one is obsolete, I may have some used ones but unlikely 8 of them. I would post in equipment wanted as many people upgraded to the other one and if they didn't throw away the old ones you may be able to find some. I will check what I have.

Roger, you have plenty of the black ones, yes ?? What are the part number(s) ?? Maybe I can get some extra of those and offer them as trade for the brown ones I need...

It looks like you could cut the extension legs of the black mount and glue the holder into the recess of the mount. Looks like it'll fit fine.

I was thinking about that and was going to try as a last resort; I wanted to see if I could find a few people who might be willing to trade first...

A lil off the topic but Roger, the black mount shown above for mounting the pumps is there a extended version? I want to be able to angle my streams more as i can't place them on the back glass.

The black one is extended to increase the swivel radius.

Yeah but i actually want a lot more swivel than that. Guess i'll have to make something up.

I just wanted to thank everyone who replied in responce to this thread... I got enough who were willing to trade out, now I don't have to worry about the mounting issue with my custom overflow any more Thank again to everyone...
