tunze steam 6100 not working

My 6100 will not start up. The 7240.27 driver and transformer get very hot. Is the whole unit junk?

Unfortunately, since these pumps were discontinued 7 years ago, the spare part needed to repair it is no longer available. If you could find a good used driver, that is likely what you need, but short of that, it is junk at this point.

I would try ebay or the selling forums, most people come to this forum for technical help, not to sell parts.
