Any major differences between the Stream 3 and the Stream 3+?

They are the same except the magnet holders. Stream 3+ includes magnet holders for 3/4" glass and that will save you money over buying Stream 3 and upgrading the magnets later. If you have 1/2" glass the Stream 3 is all you need.
