Tunze Stream 6200 Stalling

I have a new Tunze Stream 6200 and it keeps stalling. Today the alarm was on, i had to unplug it, then spin it by hand to get it started again. This is the 3rd time the alarm has gone off. It has been cleaned and still the same issue. The other (3) units i have no issues with. Is there something that would cause it to stall??

When you clean it, please be sure that the magnet spins freely on the upper bearing and that the red oring is installed under the upper bearing. Other possible causes are a cracked magnet, or that the center hole in the magnet is plugged by lime or sand, this is where the water enters to lubricate and cool the motor.

The magnet spins freely in the small cap on the end of the propeller ( i assume this is the upper bearing you are referring to). The only red o'ring that i see is the one around the perimeter of the unit, where the cover locks onto the unit. Is there another one? Where is it located? When you talk about plugged ends of the magnet, are you referring to the center hole in the propeller and the 4 small holes in the end cap (upr bearing)?

I did see a 2nd red o'ring in the bottom of the main unit. I cleaned the unit again, the magnet did not appear to be cracked. The hole did not seem to be clogged. The end cap (bearing) on the propeller did seem to be sticky, not spinning so freely, after soaking it, it seems to spin good. Hopefully this works.
