Tunze Turbelle Nanostream 6045

Hi guys, I'm looking for your opinions. I bought 2, 6045's in May and they are falling apart. First, the entire assembly has troubles staying together (the two halfs) secondly the clips have all broken on the holders and I have to wedge them in the corner of the tank and let the current hold them there. I thought that when I shelled out 100 bucks per powerhead and the fact the they were Tunze's that I was getting a good product. I bought these from Marine Depot in May, should I try to return them. Will they even take them back. They are only six months old and in my opinion, they are crap and definately not worth the money I paid..... what would you do?

We had some problems with the first pumps made. If you send them to me I will replace them, the pump has had many small changes and changes in parts suppliers and materials since you got yours.

Yes, just send them to me, they have a two year warranty, we made some mistakes and we own up to that. Just be sure your return address is in the box.

Roger, I have 2 of the same pumps and have thje same problem, both clips broke, and both shafts broke making them just click. I will be sending you both my pumps also.

Hi Roger. I am just now able to send you these pumps. I wanted to have some kind of pump running in the tank while these were being replaced. Will you still be able to replace them? Is there anything that I need to include so you know why you are replacing them? If you would, please let me know and I'll drop these in the mail tomorrow.
