Tunze Wave box questions

Hello! =)
The wave box looks amazing!
I have some questions and I wonder if anydone here have some answers to them. I tried another forum, but was redirected to this forum.

1. Can I have a wavebox with success in a tank as big as 1400 L (250cm in length, 70 height, 80 depth) ?

2. Does the wavebox have to be mounted on one of the sides? Can it be mounted like "inside" the reef aprox. 50 cm from one of the sides?

3. My plan is to have a reef build up in the center of the tank all the way up to the surface of the water (in some parts), will the wavebox's function be crippled if the reef is built wrong?

Have tried to read threads to see if my questions could be answered without posting, but without success.

1) Yes, you would need one wavebox extension and the wavebox.
2) Yes, it has to be against one of the sides.
3) You could put the extension towards the front and the wavebox toward the back, it works best if no rock is in the way of the outlet.

1) What is the extension? How does it work? Any pictures of it? Found it in a German webshop from where I ordered my Tunze streamers, but it only said - extension kit 6212.50 + 340 EUR.

2) ok! :)

3) My tank will have all 4 sides visible and mounting big large equipment on the front/backside is not an option. That's why I will try to hide as much as the equipment as possible "inside" the reef. The wave will be totally crippled if the reef is in the way? What if I only place rocks for about 50 cm from the bottom of the tank and leave the other 20cm to the surface for wave to use?

1) The extension is a wavebox with no controller, they share the controller.

3) the wave is much smaller if there is obstacles, I would just try to make the path from the wavebox to the otherside as clear as possible. Short rock and rocks on the side and caves is OK, just no big rocks right in the way.

1) Do the boxes have to be on oposite sides ?

3) Can I have the boxes mounted on one "side" of the reef. Like the side closer to the back of the aquarium? The boxes will have totally "reef-free" - water between them. Will it help the waveboxes if I have caves in the larger parts of the reef?
