Tunze wave maker 6212

Say I bought the Tunze 6212 wavemaker this cost 500.00 dollars. Now got it home and set it up ran for 2 hrs and alarm when off and box started to heat up . took out pump and found nothing wrong. Started back up and same thing. Call place were I bought it from and they call Tunze and found out there were 200 defected wavemaker out on the market. So I ask for my money back they said store credit only I think this crap.. So I told him I wanted the Tunse Turbelle Stream kit TS07 he tell me 2 to 3 wk . Any ideas on this Thx.

Ok talk to Tunze and they are going to send a new pump. We will see how that works out. Quess there was a manufacture defect on the pump.
