Tunze Wavebox 6215

Hi, i got problem whit my wave box. The pump pulse wave and stop few second and do it again. I wash my pump every, thing is clean. Do you have idea what should i do? Thanks

Do you mean the pump stops pulsing or do you mean the wave stops?

He start this after i try the photo cell. Its been a years i use the wavebox and everything going great. It is the 6091.000 Wavecontroller have problem?

the photocell is super senseitive, IMO.... i had to mout mine to get pretty good light to it, otherwise it would do the same thing you explained

But i put off the photocell and he dont want to come back to normal.

If you have had it for more than 6 months it is an older 6212, this makes a difference as the pump is different in the 6215. The pump could be dirty or starting to fail, but it is not uncommon that the photocell is upside down or in two dark of a location or if the socket got wet that it can cause this. I would disconnect the photocell and unplug the power to the pump for a couple minutes and plug it back in and see if that doesn't solve the problem.

I run the pump whit out the 7091 and evrything going fine

A 6215 should have a 6091 controller, not a 7091, please check, if the controller is wrong this could be the problem. Also, if it is 6091 try using the slave cable, the master cable may be broken.

I try the slave and its the same problem. The controller was a 6091, i should replace whit the same controlleur or i have some option?

I think it is the pump and not the controller. It would be unusual for both cables to be broken, especially if you never used the slave cable and the controllers rarely fail unless they get wet or have a broken cable. I would contact Xenia for repair.
