Tunze Wavebox, modded Ph's and aquacontroller?

I did not know if this was a good idea or not, but i got to thinking about my flow in the tank and i want to know if there is, Any good flow timing tricks for a good "on again off again" type of random flow.i could program into my 2nd aquacontroller/JR if i wear to set up a whole Acjr and a dc8 to all of my powerheads and wavebox?

Just something to have it come on every 10 min for 2 min and off for 8min.......and so on. or just something odd like that. But a lot less splash splash every few sec. and maby my Large prop MJmod's can do something like on 20 sec off 15 sec or dose any one have any ideas to play with PH's with a acjr?

I am not familiar with that controller or how it works, in general most pumps will not handle really rapid off and on switching and the wavebox really should not be used with any controller except its own.
