Tunze + WavySea

How does the Tunze adapter work on WavySea? Does a Tunze pump "suck in" the water and the WavySea unit disperses the flow?

I believe the part you are talking about is the bracket WavySea has that holds the pump while the WavySea rotates it. Hopefully this helps

don't get the wavysea tunze adaptor, I think it big and ulgy unless you have 1000 + gal tank, don't get it. With the wavysea and the adaptor, the tunze pump is about 6-9" down from the top.

I tried it for my 200 gal tank and I didn't like it. The best part is that you get the wavysea unit and hook tunze 6025 or 6045 or even 6055....very nice. I had 2 of them in my tank and I love it.

Thanks Shawn. That makes sense now, the wavesea moves the tunze, silly me.

Chaffey, why didn't you like it? Purely "looks" or performance? If looks i don't think I'll mind too much as I'm pretty good at hiding equipment.
