Turbelle 4002 parts

I'm looking for replacement parts for my Turbelle 4022
The couplers between the motor and the Prop have both worn smooth and I need to replace both. I've tryed adding washers to make a tighter connection and shimming it,both cause massive vibration. Any help out there?

Yes, if you want to do it yourself MArine Depot has part 4000.25 rebuild kit in stock and I might also strongly suggest changing the bearings. If you want me to do it labor is $15 per pump and it takes a couple days after they arrive for me to get to them.

Well Roger,

It looks like I'll need your services . . . I tryed to fix it myself and had about 2 hours of perfect use, then it developed a high pitched squeal. I bought replacement in the mean time. I may use the repaired one as a backup or add it as an additional wave maker. I'll need info on where to send.
