Turbells Creating a Vortex of air from time to time

Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Is there a certain position 6095 should be in to avoid this? Certain distance from top?

It is really a pain.

If they are running at full power you will generally need at least 6" from the surface of the water to the top of the pump to avoid a vortex.
