turbo snail eating macroalgae

so this is weird but my largest turbo snail has ate the new macro algae that i just got!! and now its even eating my cheato.... anyone seen this happened to them? and this turbo has been sucking on my xenia and almost killed it so i threw it in my sump and now this happens...

You could always attach a piece of nori to a rock for it to graze on. Maybe then it would leave your macro alone.

what was funny was that i have algae wafers and it doesnt want it.... it wants fresh food!

glad these old posts are easily searchable online, just mentioned the same thing to a friend I gave a piece of Nemastoma sp to when his frag disappeared from his fuge, I told him teh turbo likely ate it
