Turbo snails

So over recent weeks I've noticed A LOT of baby snails, which I believe to be turbo snails. At one point I'd guess there were easily 50 visible, but that number has dropped now to maybe 20 at any given time. How quickly will these grow? They are no bigger than 2mm st present.

They might be Collonista snails as opposed to Turbo.. These are known to hitchhike their way into our tanks on live rock, corals etc.

Agreed. Very common hitchhikers.

So, I think the snails I have are Trochus sp. in all of the stores I've seen them they have just been called "turbo sails" ans when I got them a year ago that's what I beleived them to be.

This one in my sump has grown to about 3x the size of them I last posted. The picture is taken full zoom on my iPhone.
