Turn flow off at night - Bubble tip anemone

My anemone is moving around a bunch (I just put him in there) should I leave the flow on at night until he finds a spot to stay. It seems he puts himself in silly places with the flow off, and then when i turn it on he gets blasted and moves. I am also totally not sure what he is looking for. I put him in a spot with med flow and med-high lighting and he moved anyways.

Also any tips on getting clowns to host it would be awesome...

just let your tank run normally and your anemone will pick a spot it likes. mine just attached to a small piece of live rock and ive had no trouble moving it where ever i want on the bottom. the clowns will most likely end up hosting it unless they have a better home as of now. you can always put them both together in a breeder box and see if that works too.
just because that your nem cant get sucked into a powerhead
