If you toss their species name into google you can get a lot of hits for these guys: Signigobius ocellatus.
When I researched them (I'm in love with their antics too..) I found that they generally need a large sand bed in which to play and dig a den. They are sand sifters, eat an enormous amount of pods and other sandbed fauna like small worms. Gobies kept without sandbeds do not do well. Gobies kept in sandbeds that arent aged well enough or large enough also dont do well. Its possible to train them over to dead foods, but they have to be small.. think frozen cyclopeeze and possibly the smallest of mysis morsels. However, if they're in a tank with too much movement and other life, they will not feed well and will have to subsist on the sandbed fauna instead.
In a 180 they might do well if the sandbed is large and aged and there arent too many threatening fish.
I'm happy to see your LFS only offers them in pairs too (as mine does) since they generally only do well in pairs. A few people have reported here on pairing them with shrimp or other gobies (??) but its anyone's guess as to how long that works out.
