Two 6100s in a Prop Tank?

I'm in the planning stages of a fairly large SPS propagation tank, measuring roughly 96"L x 48"W x 12-14"H.
As of now I'm thinking of going with two 6100s and the 7095 controller. Do you see any inherent problems with this setup? How does the shallow water effect the flow patterns, if at all?
BTW, these will be the only real source of flow for the system.

It should be OK, provided their is no sand. My only hesitation is that in a commercial application the 6080's can sometimes be better simply because their is no risk of electronics to be ruined by water and you usually use so much equipment cost has to be considered. My own display tanks money wouldn't be a concern but in a commercial venture it has to be considered.
