two clowns?

ive got 1 ocellaris clown now thats been in my tank for a few months and would like a mate for him(or her). whats the best way to introduce a new clown and have them pair? ive heard you have to introduce a couple small clowns to make a chain of command or maybe get one the similar size. help please?

I believe that the best way is to get a tiny clown out of a whole bunch of clowns that way the clown should be an unsexed juvie.
Introduce and hope for the best!
There will probably be fighting and nipping and stuff until the juvie submits and will eventually turn into a male.
