Two little fish Reactors

Are the two little fish reactors completely water proof? What I mean is, are they safe to run outside of a sump? Of course I have to hook them up correctly, but if plumbed correctly is there any chance of a leak and should I run these sitting inside of my sump?

Also if I want to run one with Carbon and the other with Phos using the same pump, which one should be first in the loop?

Thanks

I have had mine off the back of my 125 gallon display for 4 years. They do not leak and can be hung outside the tank.

You can run in or out in the sump. I plumb mines using a Y connector from one pump. I didn't like connecting them in series, with the Y connection I have better independent control for each reactor.

And with a control valve at the inlet you can have complete control.

They do not have a secure connection. They are under low pressure so they do not leak but no IMO they should always be run in sump. Yes you can run them out of sump... but its just not the safest thing to do. Pull the decal off before it gets wet. It will come off clean. If it gets wet it will leave sticky residue behind.
