Type of live rock?

I am in the market for buying some new live rock and was wondering what people recommend. There seem to be so many types, are there any advantages or disadvantages from one type to the other?
I am thinking about Fiji or Caribbean LR.

I'm not sure if this is the correct area to post, but I spend most of my time here so.... why not.

What type of tank are you going for? I'd recommend Fiji for anything except Caribbean reef.

Fiji, especially if you are keeping a BTA. Caribbean would look good with rock anemones or Condys. It's their rock.

i like the larger peices of the more shapely stuff the fifi is round normally i like the shaped stuff
