Ok, just an update:

MY TANK IS HERE!!!..Well, still at the LFS where they are installing a Calfo style overflow and all the bulkheads. here are a couple of pictures..It looks bigger than i thought it would be!!..It is made with 1/2in. glass.

I am now having a steel stand made...where a nice wood stand is going to be built around..!

Here is mine. 30X30X25. Hole drilled for overflow, and surge returns and main pump returm. I still have to build the overflow, the stand, the sump and the surge tanks. At least I got all the plumping for the Bornerman surge tanks machanism done and tested (with Rod's help). It works perfectly.
