Here are my two, the one with some tissue recession was just about completly dead and all white when I bought it for $40 2 months ago. Sure is turning out to be a beauty, especially for the price!!

Yeah, Its not Photoshopped... you can tell by the shadows.

Actually that's exactly what's incorrect about it. This, the lighting and texture gradients, blow it up under Photoshop, you'll see what I mean.

Also, if it's not fake, more pictures of the same via varying angles.

I think you're just jealous somebody has a truck load of scoly's and you don't. Period. Who else agrees?

People collect and keep corals, and if you have a problem with somebody having a lot of very nice corals, you should take that up with them.

Seriously. It's nothing to go argue about. If it's fake then they must really want attention. If it's true then kickass tank.
Let's just leave it at that.

Let's bump this up... I keep almost buying a nice Scoly but haven't actually been able to pull the trigger yet. What about those nice Scolys that have the frilly edges? Scolymia vitiensis I think? I haven't seen many pictures of those. Had an opportunity last week to get a red and blue one that was about 8" in diameter from Australia... Almost did it.

I could get two awesome ones right now, but a certain fish would love them as much as me. Unfortunately, in a different way. An expensive dinner.
Too bad, because both are perfect sizes for my 36gallon Bowfront.

That orange and red scoly has got to be the most in insane one I've ever seen in my life! That one looks a lot like like lava or something, just wow. I bet, I'll never see another one like it.

I agree.... :[[[ Especially the yellow/gold contrasted with that magenta color. :eek1:

I would kill for that scoly. :uzi:

Holy *BEEP*! Those are the most insane Scolys I have EVER seen.. And I've been here over 5 years. Crazy day-glo. Look ALMOST unreal. But they are real. Its hard to imagine a simple coral being SO colorful. If I came across those, a certain Bicolor Angel would be looking for another home! LOL
