I have used a denitrator, phosphate reactor and lots of basting, RO/DI...cut back on feeding the whole nine yards...nada
I had this vicous bright neon green slime algae that would not go away!!!
Well I finally used this after much thought and concern....
Worked GREAT!!!
waitied 48hrs and did a 20% water change...
no traces left!
Well I will keep you posted, but my zoas have never looked happier...I think the slime was stunting their growth...Who knows, but It looks like nothing is impacted...corals all happy...
My gigas clam is happy too! All dusters are out...
I will keep you posted for anyone else who may have been nervous about this...I haven't noticed any signs of cycling, so I will be keeping a close eye on my tank and doing another water change or two...
