for some people, price is not an issue. you say they're being duped. some may be, the one's that buy it because they have to have the "latest thing" are most certainly being duped. but if you're a millionaire, what difference does $15 a polyp or $150 a polyp make?

I like hornets a lot! However, not at the current price. The fact of the matter here people is that LOTS and I mean LOOOOOTTTTTSSSS of people are overpaying for these things! I saw it with my own eyes a few weekends ago. We went to the SECFM in Orlando and a few people had hornets. I wanted a frag but they were new frags (Like just made them before the show) so I asked how much they were. They had red, purple, and blue. All for at least $85 pp. A guy standing next to me snatched up two frags of 2polyps each. By the time the show was over, there were no hornet frags left. :debi:

I've seen blue hornets go for $30/polyp from online vendors. Those prices are a bit ridiculous

A lot of online vendors sell "hornets" that don't have alternating skirts.
