I have a 55g macro tank with some small starts
red grape
green grape
madens hair (died)
brush

I want them to grow faster!!
I have Flourish Nitrogen dont know how much to dose.
started out with 1 cap per day
If I rember right 18:1 no3/po4?

dosent matter Ill do testing saterday

my real question is co2 reactor, how much to mix? I dont want to over do it.
dose it matter how much serface area the mixture has as to the out put of c02? would a short/fat bottle work better than a tall one?

How much lighting do you have? How much water movement do you have? You shouldn't need a CO2 reactor at all. Test your water nitrates and PO4 and post the results. I'm not sure what is ideal but you don't want the PO4 too high or microalgae like cyano will take over. Try looking up the redford (I think that is it) ratio of carbon to nitrogen to phosphorous.
