Under the tank Lighting

The LED strips under my stand stopped working this past week. They were supposed to be the water resistant kind. They lasted about 8 months. Does anyone have any suggestions for other kinds of long lasting lights that are easy to install?

Also my Tunze ATO pump stopped working sometime in the last 3 days but I haven't finished messing with it to yet. It may just be a bad connection... When it rains it pours...

The joys of reefing

Keggo is using some LEDs he found on amazon, hopefully he will chime in. I also know smoothdog and ebius have some cool LEDs running under tank in the stand

I use led strips. Water resistant. Make sure you are getting the right voltage or off the Transformer unless they are obviously burnt. Tunze atos are notorious for burning up their pumps. But the relay and use a maxi jet. The tunze forum and Rodger give great customer service here on RC.

I have water resistant LED strips under/over my stand. The ones I have glued to my light fixture over the tank I kinda encased in some square acrylic sleeves. Ive gotta few extra you can have if you want them Tim, I'll show you when I see you today. .

sounds good because I just ordered some replacement parts for the lights I have. For a few $ i guess its worth trying to fix them before replacing them.
