I just got a housing for my camera and was wondering is it best to use flash? Yes or no?

Are you using it for snorkeling, diving or in a tank?? If for diving any depth, you will need an external strobe. For snorkeling and tank pics, the built in flash should work fine. We dive and I use a strobe.
