Unexpected Addition

Long story shortened I went to my LFS for some fish food a month and a half to two months ago and he had a Anemone for sale marked as "œLarge Carpet Anemone" (everyone's favorite label) with its price tag. I wished him luck, bought the food and went on my way.
Saturday I went to drop off some frags to make room in my Frag tank and noticed he still had the same Anemone there with a discounted price. I asked why he had knocked the price down and he said it was taking up room and he couldn't house any thing with it in fear they would get eaten. Also he had it lite under a plain Compact Florescent that didn't do much for it.
So for few Hammer, Frog Spawn, and Candy Cane frags(he refuses SPS for some reason) I picked up the nem in hopes of giving it a better chance.
I went ahead and ordered some Cipro just in case. It's mouth is a bit open but foot is fully attached at the moment and it's extremely sticky. Not sure what species it is.

It is a Haddoni. He does need to have sand and may eat fish. Any fish that touch him is a dead fish (other than the clowns he host)

Unexpected Addition

Thanks for the input everyone!
I assumed that it was a haddoni but wanted to ask to be sure since I am far from an expert. But since I assumed it was, I went ahead and housed it in the 180g refugium that has no fish LOL. It has sand but it is course sand. If it loses hold with its foot I will put it in a container with some fine sand but at the moment it's planted.

As for the nem itself it looked about the same as it did yesterday but a tiny bit more expanded. Mouth still hasn't closed all the way but not gapping.

So it's been a week now and the nems doing good. It seems to be inflating itself a bit larger and the mouth is getting closer to being closed.

Small update.
The nem is doing well and inflating larger and hasn't deflated as of yet. Last night after lights out it started to move its foot back in the tank. Wondering if the lights are too much for it at the moment. I will play around with them this afternoon. Still has little brown chucks coming out of the mouth so I haven't tried to feed it yet. Figured I would wait until it starts to keep its mouth shut before I feed it plus it's not too bleached so it should be good.
Here's what it looked like last night.

That is quite beautiful. Great trade!

Thanks. With each passing day I become a little more attached to it. I just don't know if I want to keep it or rehome it. I had hoped it was a gig but I think I am just going to stick with getting a mag instead. Could always start another tank LOL

The other day I noticed that the Anemone has dug its foot into the sand and made itself at home. It's mouth is finally closing and has been staying open with no deflation. But I will keep a close eye to make sure all is well before I think I am in the clear.
