Unexplained fish death

I tranfered my softie reef from a 72 to a 110 several months back. I used macro rocks an sand, ro/di water and reef crystals. I slowly added several LR pieces from my tank to seed the new rock. I waited for a cycle and then added a chocolate tang and the corals. A few weeks later I added a CUC and a few more fish(pair of false percs, royal gramma, trio of anthias). Every thing was doing well and I've continued to keep an close eye on the parms.

So yesterday I came home to find all the fish expect the false percs dead, I test the parms and everything looks fine. All the corals are doing well just not the fish. I added a tuxedo urchin last week to help with some diatoms starting to appear. I was concerned it was dino but in fairly new tank I'm not sure. On Sunday I did clean some of the diatoms off of the return piping and overflows. There was no signs of ich or any other diseases on the fish. I've got a cleaner shrimp, fire shrimp and coral banded in there also and there doing fine. Does anyone have and suggestions on what might be the issue here? I've been in the marine hobby a long time and never had any issues like this. The last fish was added over a month ago. Everyone was eating and happy. I started feeding cyclops last week for the anthias. No water changes have been done(with in the last week or so) other than top off with ro/di. I'm sure that isn't the issue because it's topping off my 210 fowlr and there aren't any issue there.

I'd appreciate any insight you folks might have.

The parms posted were when the fish died. The CUC was all over the fish. I tested again in the am with different test kits and got the same results.

So I re tested when I got home today and I'm seeing .5 of ammonia. I forgot to mention I had a melanarus wrasse in there also. That and the clowns are the sole survivors. Upon closer look the clowns look like there's a mucosy film all over them. The wrasse doesn't have it though. Like I said all I've added recently was the urchin.
