Unhappy in a tiny area?

I've had this Seabae for almost 4 years now. Me and it have been through some good and bad times and plenty of close calls like when I had a tank crash. Long story short I know how it's doing just with a glance. Anyways it has had one spot deflated for about 2 weeks now and I'm not sure why. I checked under it when I fed it for anything that might be irritating it and found nothing. I don't think it's health is in question just wondering if anyone else had this happen since it's almost always fully inflated

So the area is still not normal but the rest is just how it should be. Still unsure what is upsetting it. I might do a few extra small water changes over the next few weeks and see if this helps at all.
