Sorry for the late response. Here is a picture from the side.

It's not a Hoek. The stag growth with orange tips makes me want to say Florida, but the coralites and over all color make me want to say Selago.

Hmmm, the top-down pic makes me think tenuis, because of the tight regular spacing of the radials. But the side pic makes them look less regular and thus more like selago. How big is the piece? It looks rather stunted.

Ok, from top - down the corals is about 8-10cm (3-4 inches).
