Unknown snail

Pretty sure this came with a frag of Zoas that I got. It looks like it has a bunch of really small zoa polyps on the snail itself. I'm not sure if they're actually zoas or if they're coming off the snail itself because it didn't look like it had much of a shell.

Sorry for the horrible pictures but the thing is pretty small.

It's really hard to tell from those pictures, but it almost looks like a zoa-eating nudibranch. (bad)

Further research shows you are probably right. Looks like I'll have to hold off on more zoas until these critters are all dead.

That's exactly what it looks like. If you have no zoanthids in the tank, they will all die. Wait a few weeks and be sure to dip any new additions!

If possible, dip any zoanthids that you may have already.

Yeah gonna dip them and I managed to catch the offender in the act as well.
