Unknown tank worm

So i found this worm in my tank while doing a water change tonight, and here are some pics of what it looks like.

So I believe the head is the front part that is covered in sand. You only see the head because the rest of the worm burrows, and what comes out from the sand is thin red strings in many different directions.


Any ideas?
