UNknown trouble maker

I have removed 3 of these. Not very easy to do. I have since found another. they seem to mainly go after my snails, but 2 of them were caught going after my crocea.
What are they and can they be removed other than manually? I don't know how long they have been in my tank. I suppose since the beginning. <was wondering where my snails were going>

It's a polyclad flatworm. There are probably some wrasses that will go after them but I don't know of anyone that has had any success removing them other than manually. The easiest way is to keep a turkey baster near the tank and when you see the guy, hit it with a quick blast to blow it off the rock and then suck it up.
