Unusual tank size

I recently received a beautiful tank custom made for display at a pet shop. The front glass is 30"x48" but the stand is so low the inclusion of a sump would be very difficult. I am thinking of using it as a room divider but it must be an in tank design. I am very interested in a wavebox for this tank...but am I right in thinking that the varying water level would make it impossible to use my 3115 skimmer or a osmolator without a sump? Please advise

thanks

What is the volume of the tank and the overall dimensions? I think you can make it work but I need more info.

Thanks Roger. The tank has the same footprint as a 55gal so it is 48"x12"x30" and it supposedly holds 80 gal which must be about right. I am still very much in the planning stages but I am interested in trying an anemonium with a single H. Magnifica and a few clowns....hence the wavebox idea.

thanks for you input

The wavebox should work fine in that tank. Where are the overflows positioned and what other flow sources do you have?
