MEMBERS will compete to see who can grow it better. More details to come. Stay Tuned!!!!

Bragging rights wont be the only incentive. We will have prizes as well..

Zoas are too easy to keep. SPS is challenging to many, so we chose the in-between.

I will be fragging it this week, grow it for a few weeks to make sure frags are viable and then the CONTEST WILL BEGIN!!!

It'll be on a brand new system, so I don't know if I have a shot, but this is to see what kind of system grows the coral out the best, right?

Rules will be coming soon, but they will be simple- such as description of tank, flow lights etc.. Occasional reporting of progress, etc.

Yes there will be a minimal charge as this is what will go into the "kitty" for the prize,, but it will be reasonable. The more participants the more the prizes.

Frags will be at least 1-1.5" each

Example: We get 30 participants at $10/frag- thats $300 in prizes. We do 30 participants ate $20/frag thats $600 in prizes. Suggestions?

I think $20 for a 1 1/2" frag is reasonable, especially with the possibility of taking home a nice sized price

I'd pay $20 for a frag of that without the prize!

Coming soon. Corals have been mounted. I took 8, Matt (MrX) took I think 12. Thats all we where able to get out of the colony and have nice sized frags. We will grow for a few weeks to make sure they are viable.

Matt- We have all intentions of doing so. All will depend on interest, and participation.
